There is no help centre yet because there is no released app yet. If you have a question about what NINE will and will not do, write to hello@nine.app and a person will answer. One thing we cannot help with is a cat who seems unwell tonight — for that, please call your vet or the nearest emergency clinic rather than waiting on a reply from us.
