A full privacy policy will be published before the app is released, once the data it collects is final. What is true today: this website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. In the app, your cat’s records and the photos and videos you add are stored privately in your account. When you ask NINE’s chat a question, or ask it to look at a photo or video from a check, the records or media involved are sent to an outside AI service to prepare a reply or a suggestion you confirm yourself; the full policy will name that service and say how it handles what it receives.
